and Korea including CHA Fertility Center, a medical university, and CHAUM (a premier anti-aging life center).Major Responsibilities/Essential FunctionsPosition Summary: The human resource coordinator provides assistance with human resource processes. This role is primarily provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including front desk reception, record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry.Provide general administrative support to the HR departmentServe as a first point of contact by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing requests appropriatelyMaintain and update employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityAssist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of employee files and documentationSupport recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and tracking candidate statusComplete and maintain required employment documentation (e.g., I-9s and personnel files)Perform routine clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, mailing, and document preparationAssist with HR processes such as performance reviews, employee communications, and reportingCoordinate meetings, appointments, and HR-related activitiesSupport compliance by maintaining organized and up-to-date recordsProvide general office and administrative support as neededPerform other duties and projects as assignedJob QualificationsMinimum Education:High school diploma or equivalent required.Preferred Education:Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications:N/APreferred Work Experience and Qualifications:N/ARequired Licensure, Certification, Registration or Designation:Current Los Angeles County Fire Card (required within 30 days of hire)Assault Response Competency (ARC) (required within 30 days of hire)Status: Full-Time Shift: Days/Evenings Hours: Varied (D/E) Weekly/Bi-Weekly Hours: 40hrs/80hrs FTE: 1.0
