HR Coordinator (Benefits & Compliance)The HR Coordinator (Benefits & Compliance) supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department with a primary focus on benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and HRIS management. This role ensures accurate employee data management within ADP Workforce Now, assists with payroll coordination, and helps maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.Benefits AdministrationAssist with employee benefits enrollment, changes, and terminationsServe as a point of contact for employee benefits-related questionsCoordinate with benefits providers and support open enrollment processesMaintain accurate benefits records and ensure timely updates in HRISOSHA ComplianceCompliance & HR AdministrationEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain and audit employee records (I-9s, personnel files, certifications)Assist with internal audits and compliance reportingSupport implementation and adherence to company policies and proceduresHRIS & Payroll SupportMaintain and update employee data within ADP Workforce NowAssist with payroll processing, including timekeeping and data verificationGenerate HR reports and support data analysis as neededTroubleshoot HRIS issues and support system improvementsOnboarding & Employee SupportCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesPrepare new hire documentation and ensure completion of required formsProvide HR support to employees and respond to general inquiriesAssist with training coordination and employee communicationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred2+ years of HR experience, with exposure to benefits and complianceExperience using ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systemsKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to handle confidential informationProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Preferred QualificationsExperience in multi-site or federal contracting environmentsFamiliarity with audits, reporting requirements, and compliance trackingPrior experience supporting payroll processesWork Environment & ScheduleFull-time position (typically Monday–Friday)Office or hybrid environment depending on company needsOccasional support outside standard hours during payroll cycles or auditsCompensationCompetitive salary based on experienceBenefits package may include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off
