If you thrive in structured environments, love bringing order to complexity, and take pride in doing things right, this one's for you.Administrative & CoordinationServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications including calls, emails, and correspondenceCoordinate meetings, appointments, and events to ensure optimal use of time and resourcesPrepare reports, presentations, and agendas; maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions, and follow-up actionsCoordinate orientation and onboarding sessions for new employeesRecords & Data ManagementOrganize and maintain employee documents and files in both physical and electronic formatsInput and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and HRIS platforms with high accuracyMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data with the utmost professionalism and integrityCompliance & AuditingAudit and maintain personnel files to ensure compliance with federal, state, and company-specific requirementsConduct routine internal audits in alignment with DOH, HIPAA, and internal HR regulationsTrack and manage timely renewals of professional licenses, credentials, and mandatory staff trainingsMonitor compliance progress and report findings to the Manager of People and Culture DevelopmentSupport preparation for external audits and regulatory inspectionsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure HR practices remain aligned with operational and compliance goalsQualificationsAssociate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or regulated industryStrong working knowledge of HR compliance including HIPAA, DOH, and relevant federal/state regulationsExperience with HRIS platforms and digital document management systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsSuperior attention to detail with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesDiscretion, integrity, and a collaborative, team-focused mindset
