Supporting the HR Global Compliance team, the full-time HR Compliance Specialist will drive compliance excellence across U.S. and international programs, focusing on deemed export control processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, while working remotely from Santa Clara, CA. Key responsibilities Process deemed export compliance activities, ensuring forms are complete and accurate while resolving discrepancies Act as backup for HR compliance programs, including background checks and global right to work Develop and maintain internal guidelines and documentation for compliance programs, coordinating reporting in accordance with deadlines Required qualifications 4-5 years of HR, compliance, or related professional experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of data privacy and export control regulations strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external partners
