Job Title: HR Business Partner (Operations Analyst III)
Contract Duration: 8 Months Contract with possibility of Extension

Pay Rate Range: $62.00 - $68.00/hr W2
Description: Our client is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide critical coverage and continuity during a leave of absence in Rancho Cordova, CA. In this individual contributor role, you will act as a consultant to managers and employees, executing established HR programs , performance management , and employee lifecycle activities . You will serve as the primary connector between the business and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to ensure high-level organizational health and compliance with employment laws .
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in Employee Relations , including performance improvement and corrective actions.
- Strong Business Acumen with the ability to apply HR solutions to organizational priorities.
- Proficiency in HR Data Analytics —interpreting dashboards to identify trends in engagement and retention .
- Deep knowledge of California Employment & Labor Law .
- Experience operating within a Matrixed HR Model collaborating with COEs.
- Ability to provide consultative support to senior leaders with minimal ramp-up time.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience supporting Technology or Engineering organizations is highly desired.
- Judgment: Comfort handling sensitive, high-stakes employee matters with discretion.
- Must be local to Rancho Cordova to meet the 3-day onsite weekly requirement.
