• Partner with G&A executives to translate global expansion priorities into organization structures, leadership capabilities, and talent plans.
• Lead organizational design for global corporate functions, clarifying centralized, regional, and local responsibilities.

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience including HRBP experience in a technology company through high-velocity growth.
• Strong organizational design and workforce planning experience, with the judgment to advise senior executives.
• Ability to turn workforce and business data into clear recommendations and move between strategy and execution.
