Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination. The HRBP will coach supervisors, ensure compliance with employment laws, lead culture and engagement initiatives, and support DEI and trauma-informed practices across all sites while modeling Lad Lake’s values of respect, integrity, and collaboration.
