Job TitlePRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIESProcess weekly payroll and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records.Monitor, track, and report employee attendance in accordance with company policies.Support the administration and scheduling of employee performance reviews.Assist with safety program tasks, including documentation, reporting, and training coordination.Coordinate recruiting efforts by posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding.Maintain accurate and confidential employee files, records, and HR documentation.Serve as a resource for employees by responding to HR-related questions and directing them to appropriate policies or contacts.Assist supervisors and managers with HR processes, paperwork, and policy compliance.Support general HR department operations and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelors or Associates degree preferred1-3 years professional office experience1-3 years of experience processing payroll or human resources experienceComputer proficient - MS Office (especially Excel and Word)Computer savvy in various software applicationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESKnowledge of payroll and payroll preparationAbility to set and meet deadlinesExcellent communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsMulti-task orientedProfessional demeanorFriendly ambassadorCustomer Service OrientationWork DisciplineSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESDirect: NoneIndirect: NonePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONSTo perform this job successfully, the physical demands listed are representative of those that must be met by an employee.
