HR and Learning & Development Practitioner, PowerPoint Reconstruction

Role Overview

Apply your HR and learning and development expertise to help improve how next-generation AI systems learn, reason, and perform. You will reconstruct and strengthen executive-level business presentations from slide images, combining domain accuracy with clear, polished PowerPoint design. No previous AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Rebuild business slides from images in Microsoft PowerPoint with clear, professional formatting.
• Improve content structure, data visualization, visual storytelling, message hierarchy, supporting evidence, exhibit selection, and layouts for senior leaders or client audiences.
• Edit and refine content while retaining essential HR and L&D definitions, caveats, and data accuracy.
• Provide detailed rationale for improvements made and for original elements intentionally preserved on each assignment.
• Work with materials such as organization design decks, training modules, workforce-planning content, and compensation and benefits reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience in human resources, learning and development, organizational development, or workforce strategy.
• Experience creating executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders or clients.
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, slide reconstruction, presentation design, data visualization, visual storytelling, content editing, written communication, critical-thinking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to clearly explain evidence-supported titles, message hierarchy, and design decisions.
• Comfort working independently in a project-based, sprint-driven environment with variable work volume.
• Experience with AI data training, evaluation, or rubric writing is helpful but not required.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.
• Assignments are expected to take approximately 1 to 2 hours each, with volume varying by project sprint.

Compensation

$150 to $350 per hour.
