Providing generalist HR support remotely, the HR Advisor Consultant will deliver guidance on HR issues, enhance employee care experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working part-time on a long-term contract basis. Key responsibilities Provide resolution for HR issues across various services, including benefits, payroll, and talent development Deliver personalized care experiences through multiple communication channels, including chat and phone Coach users on HR technology systems and partner with centers of excellence for program improvement Required qualifications 3+ years of HR generalist experience Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with end-to-end HR offerings, including LOA and payroll Adept at coaching leaders and employees in a virtual environment Comfortable with heavy use of technology
