Detail-oriented and dependable, the full-time remote HR Administrative Assistant will support recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations for a portfolio of behavioral health clients while maintaining accurate records and documentation. Key responsibilities Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS platforms Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks Assist with recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and conducting pre-screen interviews Required qualifications Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field 1 or more years of experience in an HR, administrative, or recruiting support role Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment Comfort handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
