Pay Range

$54.90 - $82.35

Education/Experience

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program, Master's degree preferred

License / Certification

• Current applicable state Medical Board Medical License
• Certified by NCCPA

Essential Functions

1. Using medical decision‑making skills to determine an appropriate patient care plan.
2. Collaborates with the medical team when needed for effective team‑based care.
3. Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic procedures. Explain the necessity, preparation, nature and anticipated effects of scheduled diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to the patient.
4. Perform procedural skills per department or practice guidelines.
5. Opportunity to participate in basic science and clinical research projects.
6. Potential for, and encouraged to precept students and/or medical learners.
7. Uphold AHWFB missions, values and cultural commitment.
8. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
