Provide customer support/assistance with the following sample tasks.

• Troubleshooting ALM Production issues
• Troubleshooting BPT issues in ALM and UFT
• Provide Mentoring and Training on ALM
• ALM 12 Upgrade Plan, Infrastructure sizing, Documentation, Risk mitigation, Implementation and Support
• ALM Data Archival Strategy, Solution and Implementation of Results
• ALM Integrations, Customizations
• ALM Robot install, Configure and use for UpgradeALM integration with UFT, BPT, other HP and non HP tools
