nEXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
nEvery 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for one year of the required experience.

nJob Duties and Other Information
nJob Duties:
nResponsibilities include: taking applications and determining eligibility, responsible for enforcing the rules and regulations of the Housing Authority and HUD, maintain tenant files, answer phones, type correspondence, collect payments, complete monthly housekeeping inspections, perform annual re-certifications to determine continued eligibility, attend training to enhance knowledge of program
nPosition-Specific Details:
nAppointment Type: This appointment type can be filled as Probational - up to 24 months.
nCareer Progression: This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.
nCompensation: The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
nWork Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with paid holidays.
