Housing Occupancy Specialist

As a Housing Occupancy Specialist at Lutheran Social Services (LSS), you will help individuals and families access safe, stable housing within our supportive and affordable housing programs. You’ll manage occupancy processes from application through move-in and recertification, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely communication with residents, applicants, and internal teams. Working closely with behavioral health and housing staff, you’ll maintain detailed records, monitor unit availability, support audits, and contribute to resident stability in a mission-driven, values-based nonprofit environment.
