NYCHA is seeking an Affordable Housing Project Manager to support a range of construction activities from preconstruction through closeout. The role requires strong leadership with the Project Executive to keep projects on budget, schedule and in conformance with design documents.
You will help develop bidding strategies, lead logistics with PMs and supers, and coordinate subcontractors for timely on-site delivery while maintaining compliance with codes and quality standards.
