Job Responsibilities Demonstrates strong focus delivering product and reducing bottlenecks on the shop floor Lead site of ~200 employees, 3 shifts 5 days/week, 10 direct reports Identify and monitor performance indicators, measuring actual vs. planned Lead lean manufacturing implementation, execution and continual improvement Meet or exceed customer delivery requirements while continuing to reduce lead-time and inventory Heavy focus on employee engagement, with a "Go to Gemba" mindset Requirements Currently in Phoenix or willing to relocate Bachelor's degree At least 5-8+yrs of leadership experience in medium volume, high mix manufacturing Extensive knowledge of operations with demonstrated results US Citizenship or green card holder
