Oversee day-to-day operations for 9 dental practices to ensure efficiency, Monitor office performance metrics including production, collections, scheduling Ensure offices maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and state dental regulations. * Assist Director of Operations with onboarding new locations. Recruit, coach, mentor, and support regional office managers. * Conduct regular performance reviews and accountability meetings with office Identify training opportunities and support professional development for team Financial & Business Performance * Analyze KPIs, financial reports, and operational data to improve profitability and Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service and patient care Monitor patient feedback, online reviews, and service recovery efforts. * Support acquisitions, practice integrations, and expansion initiatives as needed. * Lead implementation of new systems, technologies, and operational processes. * Assist with marketing coordination and community outreach initiatives to drive Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field preferred. * Minimum 5 years of dental management experience required. * Multi-site dental operations experience strongly preferred. * Strong understanding of dental practice KPIs, scheduling, insurance, collections, and treatment planning workflows. * Proven leadership, coaching, and organizational skills. * Ability to travel regularly between office locations.
