nSalary Range: $19.30 To $20.36 Hourly
nThe role is best suited for someone who enjoys building supportive relationships with survivors while helping them achieve long-term housing stability and increased safety. It combines immediate crisis response with ongoing case management, making it both advocacy-focused and service-coordination focused.

nKey Responsibilities:
nProvide case management services to domestic and sexual violence victims who reside in our permanent housing program
nWork closly with victims and survivors at varying levels in their trauma
nProvide emotional support, crisis intervention and safety planning
nProvide referrals and linkages to supportive services
nAssist with navigating various systems based on individual needs
nAssist with victim and survivor crisis intervention for “walk ins” inconjunction with appropriate staff.
nComplete contract and/or regulatory compliance activities
nParticipate in rotating on-call system that requires some nights and weekends
nPromote a work culture of inclusion and belongings
nQualifications:
nBachelor’s Degree preferred; 1 or more years of related experience preferred, a valid NYS driver’s license and acceptable driving record; and reliable transportation
