We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Evening Houseperson to join our team and help ensure our property remains immaculate and ready to exceed guest expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of public areas, hallways, and meeting spaces.Clean and stock restrooms, ensuring they remain well-maintained and hygienic throughout the shift.Assist with setting up and breaking down event rooms and meeting spaces.Stock and replenish linen closets and supplies for housekeeping and other departments.Collect and dispose of trash and recycling from designated areas.Respond promptly to guest and staff requests for assistance with housekeeping or maintenance tasks.Collaborate with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.Conduct light maintenance tasks as needed, such as changing light bulbs or addressing minor repairs.Follow safety protocols to ensure a clean and hazard-free environment.Perform any other tasks assigned by management or supervisors to support hotel operations.QualificationsPrevious experience in a housekeeping, janitorial, or houseperson role is preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.Physical ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds.Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests and coworkers professionally.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.Employer accepts applications on an ongoing basisEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThis employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
