Common area attendant, Housekeeping Inspector, Houseperson, PT HousekeepersWhen: Every Wednesday, Friday and SaturdayTime: 10:00 am to 3:00pmLocation: Long Creek: 915 Long Creek Rd, Ridgedale, MO 65739ResponsibilitiesAs a Housekeeper you would be responsible for:Provide essential housekeeping duties: Duties include making beds, replenishing linens, changing and arranging towels, restocking toilet supplies, dusting, cleaning rooms and halls, and vacuuming.Friendly and effective communication with dispatch, Team Members, and guests to ensure the happiness of our guests and owners.Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standardsNotify superiors of any damage, deficits and disturbancesDeal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patienceEnsure appropriate maintenance of all housekeeping equipment and toolsMaintain inventory of tools and supplies used in housekeeping activitiesQualificationsKey Experience and Skills:Previous hotel housekeeping or maintenance experience is preferred but not requiredOpen and flexible availability, including weekends and holidaysAble to bend, stoop, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull up to 50 lbsWork a full shift (8 hours) walking/standing with or without reasonable accommodationAnticipates customer needs and thinks about how work impacts themBuilds confidence in self and others with honest and dependable interactionAbout UsWhat makes Hilton Grand Vacations unique?There's nothing more rewarding than creating lifelong memories, for yourself and for others.
