Housekeeping LeadWe are hiring a Housekeeping Lead!
Responsibilities include providing the highest quality of service to the customer at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guest needs, cleaning rooms daily following the Housekeeping Guidelines, checking fixtures, television, radio, and heating/cooling equipment for proper operation, inspecting room for maintenance needs and reporting on maintenance service requests, performing daily general clean duties and changing of bedspreads, blankets, mattress pads and shower curtains as assigned, logging rooms cleaned on daily housekeeping report, cleaning, organizing, and restocking cart at the end of the day, maintaining cart, linen room, and vacuum cleaner cleanliness, turning in key and room status report to Guest Room Supervisor or front desk, and knowing how to operate laundry equipment and maintain public area cleanliness.Benefits include competitive wages.
