Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor

We’re looking for a Housekeeping & Laundry Supervisor to join our team and help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations


• Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff


• Maintain cleaning schedules and department organization


• Manage supplies, inventory, and ordering


• Coordinate services with Nursing and other departments


• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting


• Follow infection control and safety procedures


• Protect residents’ private health information


• Report accidents, incidents, and safety concerns


• Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and caring home for our residents

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English


• Able to follow written and verbal instructions


• A team player who works well with others


• Compassionate, patient, and respectful toward residents


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to:

• Stay on your feet and move throughout the workday


• Push, pull, move, and lift at least 25 lbs.


• Carry 25 lbs. at least 50 feet


• Handle the physical and emotional demands of a healthcare setting
