Housekeeping
Do you take pride in creating clean and inviting spaces? Are you passionate about going the extra mile to make a positive impact on others? As Housekeeping at Flaherty & Collins Properties, you'll play a key role in ensuring our residents and guests enjoy a spotless, well-maintained environment every day.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, restrooms, and laundry rooms.
- Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Perform daily, weekly, and seasonal cleaning tasks as needed.
- Restock supplies and report inventory needs.
- Inspect and ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and in good repair.
- Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe and healthy environment.
- Assist with special projects or community events as needed.
- Physical tasks are required, along with other duties as assigned.
- You have experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a similar role.
- You're detail-oriented and take pride in your ability to create spotless spaces.
- You're self-motivated and work efficiently, whether independently or as part of a team.
- You're friendly and approachable, always ready to provide excellent service to residents and coworkers.
- You're reliable and consistent, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
- You're comfortable using cleaning equipment and supplies and can follow safety protocols.
