Work authorization required.What You'll DoOversee daily housekeeping operations by coordinating room and public area assignments, monitoring productivity and quality standards, and providing guidance and operational support to housekeeping team members throughout each shiftConduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, VIP arrivals, show rooms, and priority rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintainedSupport Housekeeping Management with administrative and operational responsibilities while fostering effective communication and teamwork across shiftsRespond to guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally, coordinating with appropriate departments to ensure timely resolution and an exceptional guest experienceMaintain a strong focus on service excellence by accommodating special requests, exercising discretion, and ensuring all guest interactions reflect high hospitality standardsAnd More!What To BringSuccessful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United StatesThe hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need.
