About the Role:

EVEN Hotel by IHG in Norwalk, CT is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers to join our team! You'll play a vital role in creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that keeps our guests coming back. If you take pride in your work and love making spaces shine, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to brand standards

Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms

Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel

Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns to management

Respond to guest requests for additional housekeeping supplies or services

Maintain housekeeping cart and storage areas in a clean and organized manner

Follow all IHG brand standards, safety protocols, and cleanliness guidelines

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, hotel experience a plus

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and quality

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout an entire shift

Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Positive attitude and a guest-first mindset

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
