Description
Join our caring, mission-driven team as a Housekeeper at Carroll Lutheran Village!
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with every other weekend required.
The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role performs daily housekeeping duties in accordance with facility standards, policies, and infection control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Vacuum, mop, dust, empty trash, and sanitize high-touch surfaces
- Clean specialized areas, including bathing facilities and utility rooms
- Assist with room turnover and guest room preparation
- Support housekeeping needs throughout the community as needed
- Safely operate housekeeping equipment and supplies
- Follow safety and infection control procedures
- Participate in required training and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
What You'll Need as a CLV Housekeeper:
Education | Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience working in a long-term care facility is preferred.
