Salary Range $16.00 - $18.72 Hourly

Description

Join our caring, mission-driven team as a Housekeeper at Carroll Lutheran Village!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, with every other weekend required.

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role performs daily housekeeping duties in accordance with facility standards, policies, and infection control procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and disinfect resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, empty trash, and sanitize high-touch surfaces
  • Clean specialized areas, including bathing facilities and utility rooms
  • Assist with room turnover and guest room preparation
  • Support housekeeping needs throughout the community as needed
  • Safely operate housekeeping equipment and supplies
  • Follow safety and infection control procedures
  • Participate in required training and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What You'll Need as a CLV Housekeeper:

Education | Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working in a long-term care facility is preferred.
