Dynamic Systems works in alignment with other Ho-Chunk, Inc. government contracting divisions to provide integrated, scalable solutions nationwide.Position SummaryThe Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across assigned areas. This position performs a variety of custodial duties—including cleaning, sanitizing, and light maintenance—to ensure that facilities remain sanitary and welcoming. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team to support a healthy and efficient workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain assigned areasPerform a variety of cleaning tasks, including high dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and floor careUse cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively in accordance with company and OSHA standardsMaintain a clean and organized storage area for supplies and equipmentOperate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleanersReport maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptlyCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily operationsAdhere to safety standards and company policies to ensure a secure work environmentPerform additional custodial tasks and related duties as assignedQualifications & ExperienceRequired:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious custodial or janitorial experience preferred (medical or facility setting experience a plus)Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methodsAbility to operate cleaning and maintenance equipmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standardsReliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a teamPhysical ability to perform strenuous tasks and maintain productivity during shift hoursWork Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsFrequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motionsExposure to cleaning chemicals and varying environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, humidity)Must be able to use cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectivelyScheduleMonday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (2nd shift).
