Responsibilities Overview:

As a Housekeeper, you'll help maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. You'll perform routine housekeeping duties while building meaningful relationships with residents and providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do:

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, bathrooms, offices, and common areas according to established standards.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sweep, and disinfect assigned areas to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
• Empty trash, replenish supplies, and ensure all assigned areas are stocked and organized.
• Follow infection prevention practices and proper cleaning procedures to promote resident health and safety.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and respond promptly to resident requests.
• Adhere to OSHA standards, safety guidelines, and community policies and procedures.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and community events as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, hotels, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
