Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping & Janitorial Associate to support the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation of our wellness spaces. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, calm, and pristine environment that reflects our commitment to high standards and wellness.
Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, restrooms, common areas, and staff spaces
• Daily sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface disinfection
• Sanitize treatment beds, equipment areas, door handles, and high-touch surfaces
• Refill supplies (paper products, soap, towels, etc.)
• Proper disposal of trash and recycling
• Follow cleaning protocols for wellness and spa environments
• Notify management of maintenance or repair needs
• Maintain a quiet, respectful presence during business hours
Qualifications• Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (spa, medical, or wellness setting a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Ability to work independently
• Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties
• Respectful, discreet, and professional demeanor
