The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of the community's common areas and amenities. This position helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain clubhouse, offices, fitness centers, restrooms, and other common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces regularly
- Clean windows, doors, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the property
- Maintain cleanliness of community amenities, including pools, laundry rooms, and meeting spaces
- Restock restroom and janitorial supplies as needed
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management
- Assist with setup and cleanup for community events and meetings
- Follow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Maintain janitorial storage areas organized
- Provide friendly and professional service to residents and guests
Full-Time Various Schedules to include weekdays and weekends. Pay Rate: Up to $21 DOE PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE PALM CITY AREA!
