Housekeeper

Our client, a leader in senior living services, is seeking a Housekeeper to join their team. As a Housekeeper, you will be part of the healthcare support team supporting resident care and facility cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to creating a safe and welcoming environment for residents, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Housekeeper
Location: Maryville, TN
Pay Range: $15
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
What's the Job?

• Perform daily cleaning and disinfection of resident rooms, bathrooms, and high-touch areas
• Maintain cleanliness of common spaces, hallways, and entire facility
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure resident safety
• Provide a sanitary and welcoming environment for residents and staff
• Support the overall hygiene and safety standards of the facility

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and protocols
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Must pass a 7-year background check, including criminal, address history, SSN check, sex offender search, and global watchlist
