Housekeeper
Avir at Lindale is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at our Lindale, Texas location. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facility, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for our residents and staff. Housekeeper is a full-time position with opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, common areas, and other facilities to the highest standards of quality and safety
- Restock supplies, linens, and toiletries as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of closets, cupboards, and other storage areas
- Participate in quality assurance audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality customer service
- Report any issues or concerns to management and participate in ongoing training and education
Requirements:
- No experience is necessary, but prior housekeeping or related experience is preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
