Able to work under the supervision of a housekeeping or facility manager and collaborate with other staff to ensure consistent quality. Attention to detail, reliability, and respect for the property and privacy of residents or guests are essential qualities.
Able to participate in deep-cleaning cycles, seasonal cleaning, and specialized sanitation tasks to maintain long-term hygiene and functionality.
