SNI Companies is seeking 2-3 dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeepers for a long-term hospitality opportunity in Woodbridge, NJ. This position begins on a temp-to-hire basis with the goal of transitioning into a permanent role for individuals seeking long-term stability and growth.
Position Overview
In this role, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction within a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas
• Change linens, make beds, and replenish guest amenities
• Complete an average of 14-15 guest rooms daily while maintaining quality standards
• Deep clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, sinks, and floors
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management promptly
• Maintain a professional and team-oriented attitude with guests and coworkers
Qualifications
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Physical ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable transportation to the Woodbridge, NJ area
