Description of the Role:
The Housekeeper at WoodSpring Suites Cleveland will be responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, comfortable, and tidy environment for guests. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms and common areas according to company standards and procedures
- Change linens and towels, vacuum carpets, and dust furniture
- Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies
- Prior housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Competitive compensation of $13.00 - $15.00 per hour paid bi-weekly
