• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels as needed.
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures.
• Restock guest room amenities, including toiletries, coffee supplies, and linens.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain the cleanliness of hallways, elevators, lobbies, and public restrooms.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Report lost-and-found items according to company policies.
Qualifications
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent guest service.
