The ideal person not only handles these responsibilities with competence, but genuinely enjoys them. Preparing healthy lunches and dinners, keeping surfaces clear and laundry rotating, walking the dog, and maintaining the systems already in place are where you'll spend most of your time, and you approach each task with attention and pride. You're proactive and forward-thinking, always anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring that everything runs effortlessly.

If you love helping others stay organized, managing day-to-day tasks with ease, and creating an environment where everyone can thrive, we would love to meet you.Key ResponsibilitiesHousehold Management & OrganizationCreate and maintain household organization systemsDaily resets including making the primary bed, clearing surfaces, tidying high-traffic areas, and dishes/dishwasherPrep home for weekly cleanersManage seasonal swaps for clothing, décor, and beddingPrepare and coordinate donation drop-offsSupport event, holiday, and guest preparation including errand running and guest room setupPack and unpack for family travel, including laundry and putting items awayIndoor plant care and seasonal planter maintenanceChange batteries, light bulbs, and smoke detectors as neededMeal SupportPrepare healthy, simple lunches 5 times per week (bulk soups, prepped salads with chopped vegetables and proteins)Cook ready-to-heat dinners 3 times per weekGrocery shopping approximately once weekly with a focus on organic preferencesPrep healthy snacks for children including washing and cutting fruit and vegetablesKitchen cleanup and maintenanceLaundry & Linen CareWash, fold, and put away laundryIroning/steaming and special garment care as neededMaintain tidy and well stocked laundry areaPet CareFeed and walk family dog 15-30 minutes during daytimeMaintain pet suppliesInventory & ErrandsRestock pantry, fridge, and household suppliesContribute to household supply listsReturns, dry cleaning, gift shoppingMail and package handling, breaking down boxesDeep Cleaning & Special ProjectsOccasional deep cleans (fridge, oven, baseboards)Refresh garage/mudroom/entryClean humidifiers/air purifiers, occasionallyOrganizational projects (toys, gear, kitchen, pantry)Vehicle ManagementFuel/take vehicle to carwash (1x weekly)Vendor & Property OversightSeasonal property maintenanceManage outdoor spaces / water plantsAdministrative & Personal Assistant SupportAwareness of family calendar (including household schedules, skylight)Receipt/budget tracking, for expenses incurred as house managerHow to ApplyPlease submit a short intro letter, updated resume, and 3 professional references with contact information.
