House Supervisor / Infection Control Nurse (RN)

Full-Time | Las Vegas, NV | $42–$48/hour

SunArch Academy is seeking an experienced and dependable House Supervisor / Infection Control Nurse to provide clinical leadership and support a safe, high-quality care environment for our adolescent patients.

This dual-role position is ideal for an RN who is confident overseeing daily nursing operations while leading infection prevention efforts across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing and direct-care staff
• Support daily staffing, patient care coordination, and facility operations
• Respond to clinical concerns and assist with emergencies as needed
• Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control practices
• Track infections, identify trends, and maintain required documentation
• Conduct infection-control audits, staff education, and competency training
• Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and other departments to improve patient safety and quality of care

Qualifications:

• Active Nevada RN license in good standing
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience required
• Infection prevention or infection control experience strongly preferred
• Behavioral health, psychiatric, residential treatment, or adolescent-care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Compensation:

• $42–$48 per hour
