The ideal candidate will have a substantial background in managing estate operations, overseeing the staff, coordinating multiple calendars, and liaising with vendors. The candidate must have 10+ years of experience and be an excellent communicator with a warm, polished, and stable demeanor. This special and unique role will play an integral part in leading a team and overseeing the property.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of household operations, including strategic planning, execution of estate projects, and household inventory
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing deadlines
- Leadership and development of the household team, ensuring exceptional standards are maintained.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Google Docs
- Management of personal affairs including organizing travel arrangements, personal shopping, and lifestyle management.
- Continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality in the household
