The House Manager serves as both a direct support professional leader and a key point of coordination for an assigned home(s).In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the home, supporting and supervising DSP staff, and ensuring high-quality services are delivered consistently and safely. You will also provide direct support to individuals, promote community engagement, and help ensure each person is supported in achieving independence, choice, and meaningful life goals.We are looking for individuals who are ready to take the next step in their career, demonstrate leadership in their current role, and are committed to growth, accountability, and excellence.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESLeadership & StaffingProvide supervision, coaching, and support to DSP staffHandle staff call-outs and coordinate shift coverageConduct monthly house meetingsShadow, observe, coach, and provide feedback to DSPs in the home environmentEnsure staff are properly completing shift responsibilities, medication administration, and daily routinesOperations & CommunicationMaintain timely communication with DSP staff and the administrative officeReview ICM daily for attendance, medication compliance, task completion, and incident follow-upVerify medications in ICMRespond appropriately to situations outside of normal daily operationsMaintain 24/7 on-call availabilityIndividual Support & House ManagementSupport individuals in community engagement and daily activitiesCoordinate with day program staff regarding health or behavioral concernsPurchase groceries and household supplies and submit receipts weeklyMaintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environmentPromote individual choice, independence, relationship building, and personal achievementAdditional DutiesPerform other duties as assignedPOSITION REQUIREMENTSMinimum of one (1) year of documented experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilitiesMinimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience working with the population served preferredValid Drivers LicenseCMT preferredHighly organized with strong administrative skills and ability to meet tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a teamDemonstrated willingness to learn and strong commitment to professional growthDetailsShift: Monday - Friday 3pm-11pmPay: $21-$23 per hourReports Directly to the Residential Program ManagerINTERNAL APPLICATION PROCESSEmployees interested in being considered for this opportunity must apply through the internal posting on the company website.
