House Manager Weekends and Second Shift Availability
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Manager to join our team at Cap City Supported Living in Hilliard, Ohio. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our clients in their own homes. This is a full-time position with weekends and second shift availability.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate care for clients, including developing and implementing personalized care plans
Supervise and train caregivers to ensure exceptional care and service
Conduct client assessments and evaluate care plans to ensure effectiveness
Maintain open and effective communication with clients, families, and caregivers
Monitor and report any changes or concerns regarding client health and well-being
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
Ideal Candidate:
Willingness to work weekends and second shifts
Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or social services setting
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Compassionate and empathetic with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care
