House ManagerThe House Manager is responsible for the Patient Care Services clinical operations and for administrative supervision of overall hospital activities in the absence of the President/designee.Responsibilities include:Facilitate timely throughput to maximize utilization of services.Authorized to take any reasonable actions necessary to execute the functions and responsibilities delegated to his/her position by the Vice President, Patient Care Services and President.Make rounds frequently to assess bed availability and staffing.Receives report daily on each unit from the manager/charge nurse.Responsibilities include fiscal and staff management, including allocation/reallocation of staff as indicated.
