Our apartment building offers concierge services for some tasks, but we need someone who can help us with everything else—from keeping the home organized and tidy to ensuring the kids are well taken care of after school. If you're looking for a role where you can make an impact and enjoy the flexibility of a family environment, this is it!Key ResponsibilitiesHousehold Organization & MaintenanceCreate and maintain organization systems across closets, pantry, storage, and shared spacesImplement kid-friendly systems that encourage independence and participationReset and tidy rooms daily; prepare home for cleaning servicesManage seasonal clothing swaps and maintain children's clothing inventoryCoordinate donations and organize household transitionsSupport packing and preparation for travel or activitiesLight plant care and general household upkeepMeal Planning & PreparationPlan and prepare healthy, kid-friendly meals and snacks (whole foods)Prepare school lunches 2–3 times per weekCook dinner 2–3 times per week when children are homeSupport meal planning for the week, including light prep for upcoming daysFollow guidance by nutritionist to ensure nutrition-focused meals and family preferencesMaintain kitchen cleanliness and organization after meal prepInventory & ErrandsTrack and restock pantry, fridge, and household suppliesManage household shopping lists and place orders (Amazon, groceries, etc.)Run errands including groceries, returns, and general household needsHandle packages and deliveries as neededLaundry & LinensFold and organize family laundry (client will handle washing).Iron linens as needed and manage the family's laundry inventory.Coordinate clothing needs across two households (monitoring sizes, replacements, etc.).Family SupportProvide light supervision, playtime, and backup childcare as needed.Occasionally assist with school pickups and drop-offs (children typically take the bus).Organize backpacks, clothing, and snacks for school activities.Help maintain awareness of schedules and upcoming needs.Vehicle UpkeepAssist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the family vehicle as neededSupport scheduling of maintenance when requestedDeep Cleaning & Special ProjectsAssist with occasional deep cleaning projects (fridge, organization resets, etc.)Lead organizational projects such as toy systems and rotation, storage updates, and seasonal transitions, gear maintenance (skiing)Administrative & Personal Assistant SupportOccasional help with travel planning, scheduling, and logisticsAwareness of and access to family calendars and remindersSorting through mail and flagging important itemsHow to ApplyIf you're interested in this role, please send a brief introduction letter explaining why you're a great fit, your updated resume, and three professional references with contact information.This role requires a background check.
