You'll help reset the home after a full day with the family ensuring everything is tidy and ready to go for the next day, allowing evenings to feel calm and mornings to start smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesHousehold Management & OrganizationMaintain household organization systems (closets, pantry, toys, etc.)Reset and tidy rooms daily; maintain overall neatness and ensure home is prepped for cleaning servicesAssist with seasonal clothing swaps, holiday decorations, and wrapping presentsSupport packing/unpacking for travel or seasonal transitionsPrepare and coordinate donation drop offs and pick upsLoad/unload dishwasher, wipe surfaces, vacuum high-traffic areasPrepare for family events, holidays, and guest stays—ensure linens are cleaned, soap dispensers are full, and snack baskets are stockedHandle trash and recycling—take out bins and clean them when necessaryInventory Management & ErrandsTrack and restock pantry containers, fridge, toiletries, household suppliesCreate and manage running household supply listsCoordinate and manage household Costco ordersRun errands: grocery shopping, returns, gift shoppingHandle package pickup, mail sorting, and deliveriesMeal Planning & PreparationPrepare 1–2 healthy, protein-forward meals per week using whole foodsHelp with meal prep, snack prep, and batch cookingAccommodate dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, protein-rich)Involve kids in cooking and bring creative, fun energy to the kitchenShop for groceries and meal-related itemsClean kitchen post-prep and manage kitchen tidinessLaundry & Linen CareWash, dry, fold, and organize family laundry (e.g., clothing, bedding, towels); collect towels from saunaIron, steam, and prepare outfits as neededEmpty lint traps daily and clean washing machine monthlyManage linens: rotate bedding, refresh towels, restock essentialsKeep laundry areas tidy and well-stocked with suppliesHandle special care for delicates or uniformsPet CareFeed and care for the dog, keep water bowls clean, assist with bathing, and administer medication as neededCoordinate vet and grooming appointmentsKeep pet supplies stocked and organizedVehicle ManagementWeekly car clean out, stock diaper bag and suppliesEnsure vehicles are fueled, cleaned, and organizedVendor & Property OversightOversee outdoor spaces and seasonal maintenance needsSchedule and supervise service providersResearch and coordinate repairs, maintenance, and quotes if neededFamily Support & Child AssistanceProvide flexible childcare support (light supervision, playtime)Support with child-related errands and laundryWeekly date night supportDeep Cleaning & Special ProjectsTackle occasional deep cleans (fridge, oven, baseboards, etc.)Maintain and refresh specific zones (entryways, garage, mudroom)Clean humidifiers, washing machines, and air purifiers monthlyOrganize special projects: toy storage, seasonal decorations, gear rotationEmpty bathroom trash cans and lint roll the couchRotate age-appropriate books on shelfSwitch out welcome mats on front porchWash shoes and manage shoe closetUse the steam cleaner when things need some extra loveHow to ApplyPlease submit a brief introduction letter, updated resume, and at least 3 professional references with contact information.
