Some days may involve the everyday things that keep our household running smoothly, like tidying, meal prep, errands, and staying on top of household needs. Other days may call for something completely different, such as setting up a temporary playroom, researching a local photographer for family photos, or helping bring another project or idea to life.

You're willing to pitch in wherever needed and are comfortable moving between household organization, meal prep, errands, administrative tasks, and family support. You genuinely enjoy working with children and bring a calm, capable, and caring presence to the home.
You communicate clearly, follow through on your commitments, and are comfortable asking questions when something is unclear.
