We are looking for a warm, detail-oriented, and proactive House Manager & Family Assistant to help our home run smoothly. Our life rhythm has shifted significantly because of personal family events and this role is meant to bring order, support, and calm amidst that change. We are also a neurodivergent family and appreciate assistance that is collaborative in the understanding of our needs!The right person for this role will feel like an extension of our family.
You'll be supporting both parents (especially mom, who currently manages many moving parts), helping with household systems and tidiness, food prep, pet care, and occasional driving to/from school or appointments. You should enjoy working with families, bring strong initiative, and come with a no-judgment, solutions-focused attitude.
