Our client, a rapidly growing manufacturer in the energy space, is looking for Director of Corporate Development. Build and maintain a prioritized pipeline of targets aligned with the Company's strategy, and screen opportunities quickly and decisively. Lead valuation, financial modeling, and deal structuring in partnership with the CFO. Coordinate due diligence across finance, legal, operations, HR, and IT, and manage outside advisors. Build relationships with private equity firms, investment bankers, and industry contacts to maintain a current read on deal flow, valuations, and consolidation activity. Lead post close integration planning so acquired teams, customers, and systems transition smoothly into the Company. Bachelor's Degree; MBA or CFA preferred
Strong financial modeling, valuation, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
