Hourly Job Coach (PT)
Program: Supported Employment
Sites: Islip Office Center, Oakdale NY Roanoke House, Riverhead, NY
Responsibilities:
- Non-traditional work hours based on consumer needs (typically 5-10 hours/week)
- Provide onsite job coaching, skills training, and transportation training to consumers in various workplace locations throughout Suffolk County, NY (days, evenings, and weekends)
- Provide work-related social skills training and employer training as needed, and perform job development
- Completion of time-sensitive documentation as required by funding source
- Must have strong organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in writing skills and Microsoft Office
Start Date: July 1, 2026 and ongoing for the school year
Salary Range: $24.57 - $25.78/hour
