Overview
Giularos Hospitality is hiring for a Hotel Superintendent in SAN FRANCISCO CALIFORNIA.
We have this position listed in a different city to showcase the role to candidates that are open to moving. We are offering a $5K sign on/relocation.
Note: This role is urgent and we are looking to fill asap.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel construction experience, and completed at least 3 properties.
- Must be familiar with hotel safety and FF&E.
- Must be okay with California travel (the role will travel throughout the state) and is a "One Project at a Time" position.
- Must have stable job history (no job hopping).
